Management Consulting Panel:
Since its foundation in 1959, LMA, as a non-profit making organization, has been contributing to the enhancement of sound management practices and techniques in both the public and the private sectors.

LMA’s legacy has been mainly associated with training and development programs, conferences, symposia, and weekly presentations on topics of special significance to the business community. Recent changes in the world, triggered by innovations in technology and management, are urging different organizations to reassess their organizational concepts and operational strategies.

To this end, and in reinforcement of its support to corporate and executive management in various governmental, industrial, and commercial organizations, LMA is pleased to announce the introduction of a “Management Consulting Panel” recommended by LMA. This panel, composed of a highly qualified team of experts, will serve as independent consultants, to provide services in the following domains:

 - Organizational Development
 - Human Resources
 - Financial Systems and Controls
 - Information Technology
 - Customer Relations
 - Marketing
 - Project Management
 - Inventory Control
 - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Conferences: LMA organizes local and regional conferences to focus on major issues of public interest. The last two such conferences were: "Arab Women in Management" and "Challenges Facing Family-Owned organizations". The Conferences papers and researches were compiled and published in a book format. The books were distributed free of charge to all concerned.

Wednesday Meetings: LMA organizes Wednesday meetings to its members and their friends whereby normally a video film on one of supervisory/management related subjects is shown, preceded and followed by group discussions coordinated by one of LMA's designated faculty members. Alternatively, a guest speaker is invited to talk about a topical issue. (See lists of past & scheduled meetings)

LMA Periodical: In an effort to keep LMA members posted on the latest thinking and development in the area of management and its related subjects, LMA issues and distributes to its members a periodical entitled "I READ FOR YOU". At the present, this periodical is under re-evaluation and revision.

LMA's Executive Portfolio: LMA reproduces relatively long researches and studies dealing with topical subjects and sends them to top executives of the organizations that have corporate membership with LMA. The objective of this service is to avail the top executive of the recent developments that will make valuable contribution to his/her effectiveness. This service has been welcomed by the recipients of the portfolio. However, this portfolio is under revision to be re-issued in a new format.

LMA owns its Management Center which includes two well-equipped conference rooms and a library. The main conference room can provide up to 25 participants in a U-shaped arrangement and 90 participants in a lecture arrangement. It has a power point, two overhead projectors, TV and VCR, a communication system and a video camera. The second conference room can accommodate up to 15 participants in a U-shape arrangement and 35 participants in a lecture arrangement. It is also equipped with similar facilities as the main conference room .

LIBRARY: The reference library, which contains about 2000 books on management and related disciplines is also available for syndicate work. It can accommodate four groups, each composed of five members.
